Manager Restaurant

-responsible for the image of the image of the restaurant.
-be the host and communicate with the guest
-organise the restaurant team; task, schedule


Waiter

-arrange the dining room.
-welcoming and serving restaurant guest.
-tidying the dining room after meal serve.


Bartender

-prepare and serve drinks and cocktails.
-take responsibility of the bar.
-enquire serve and product quality.


Runner

-obtain serve area assignment at the beginning of each shift
-promptly greet guest as they are seated and bring bread,butter and water to table


Steward

-maintains all areas of the preparation stations as well as food storages areas.
-maintainance involves routine and heavy cleaning, organisation of food and non-food item and garbage, trash and waste control.


Hostess

-first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant.
-greet arriving guests, welcome them into the establishment and seat them.
